To purchase an item from our website, you can use a secure credit card or PayPal onsite. It is also possible to purchase an item over the phone by credit card – 0544202788.
Refunds
Once you purchase an item you have 2 business days to cancel the order and 14 business days to exchange the item.
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours once you have received your item. The item must be in its original packaging and unopened. The refund amount does not include the delivery cost.
Items that are custom made or are one of a kind designs, can not be refunded.
If the item is damaged, you have 2 business days to contact us and let us know about the issue. The designer will evaluate the item and decide whether you will have the option to exchange or fix the item.
Product Warranty
All Nili Zohar bags have a one year 12 month warranty, from the day you receive the product. The items are 100% hand made. All items are packaged with a cotton bag, which ensured the longevity of the item.
Quality Assurance
The design of each item is fully detailed and individually evaluated for each purchase. All items are hand sewn, custom made in a limited addition.
Delivery policy
It is important that all items will arrive to the recipient in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
Every bag is packaged and delivered personally by our team.
Please make sure you write your address correctly and include any specific instructions. If the address is not correct, the package will be returned.
Delivery Methods:
Israel - If the item is 400nis or more, delivery of your bag will be free within Israel. Items that are 399nis or less will cost an additional 20nis.
Purchases by website or phone - You will receive your item at our home in 3 days.
Custom made orders - You will receive your item 21 days after the order is paid for.
The morning of the delivery day, you will receive a sms with the phone number of the delivery person and a message that he is delivering the package that day. You can make arrangements as to when and where he will deliver the item. Please be available by phone after you share your phone number.
Gift Items - Please let us know if the item is a gift and share the phone number of the person who will be receiving it.
Post office delivery - Free if you item(s) are 400nis or more in Israel. If the item costs less than 400nis, the delivery charge will be an additional 15nis. The delivery will be made 21 days from the moment the package is sent. Once it is received by the post office, it is the responsibility of the post office to deliver it. To pick up the item - Cost to pick up an item is free. Please contact us by phone 054- 4202799.
Packaging
Every item is carefully checked before the delivery. Each item is packed in a cotton back specifically used to take care of the leather. The cotton bag is reusable.
