How should I look after my leather bag to make it last?

Leather bag maintenance Although leather is a durable material, properly caring for a leather bag requires attention. We all feel that a high-quality bag costing 700-1000 NIS should last for years. This is true up to a point – but a lot depends on how the bag’s owner looks after it. The key is how you care for your bag. How do I care for my bag? To keep your bag in good condition, use an appropriate leather oil product. Oil your bag every few months, according to how frequently you use it. A bag that is used daily should be oiled more frequently. When you use your bag, it absorbs moisture from the humidity in the air. When not using your bag, you should store it at home. Avoid storing your bag in any kind of plastic or other material that does allow it to breathe; such storage completely seals the bag and will not allow the moisture to evaporate, and can lead to mold. Avoid placing the bag on the floor, whether in your house or anywhere else. The leather is not built to withstand contact with hard surfaces and over time this may lead to scrapes on the leather. How do I clean my leather bag? 1. Use a mild facial cleansing milk to clean your bag. Apply gently with a soft, dry cloth. 2. Do not use a wet cloth or wipe to clean your bag! This can lead to staining, an unpleasant odor, and mold. We strongly recommend buying leather products. Leather is one of the few raw materials that looks great when new and, as it ages, subtly changes and looks even better. Every leather bag/product comes with its own cotton bag for storage. Do your bags come with a warranty? Do you offer a repair service?

Our bags are designed in-house and manufactured by hand, always with the highest quality work and finishes. Our bags are made of high-quality, unique leathers imported from Italy and Spain. The bags are sewn in Israel to certify meticulous finishes and support local craftsmanship. Warranty: Our bags are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Validity of the warranty is conditional on adherence to recommended maintenance and conditions of use. Bag repairs after warranty expiration will be subject to a nominal fee. How to get your bag fixed: If, for any reason, you have a problem with your purchase, please contact Nili at +972-54-420-2788. A nominal fee may be charged for the repair, depending on the type of repair and condition of the bag.

Can I get a refund?

  • Refunds are given up to 48 hours after the date you received the item. You must provide the invoice/receipt. The bag must not have been used or worn and be in its original packaging, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
No credit or refund is provided for shipping costs.

What is the exchange and return policy for the website?

  1. Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from the date you received the item. For any exchange the item must be accompanied with the invoice/receipt or the gift receipt.
  2. If you purchased the item as a gift and need a longer exchange window, please specify the exchange date in the note about the shipping.

Shipping in Israel: 1. Registered mail

  • For orders over 400 NIS - FREE.
  • For orders less than 400 NIS, delivery costs 15 NIS. Shipment will arrive within 21 business days, subject to the service of Israel Post.

  • Home delivery in Israel of orders over 400 NIS - FREE.
  • Home delivery in Israel of orders under 400 NIS – 35 NIS.
